With over 8 years’ experience, Phoebe has expanded her skill set so that she can offer truly individual solutions to her clients and classes. Combining her skills in Myotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Yoga, Meditation and post-graduate study, Phoebe loves to look at the body from a holistic perspective. She helps people reconnect and work with, not against, their bodies to achieve optimum health.
Phoebe’s classes balance out the nervous system and help students tune in to the beauty of breath to be truly present – to arrive at a place where healing, nourishment, and health takes place.
