Mel Campbell is a registered Senior (level 3) Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia, Mother of three busy young children and has been teaching Yoga and Meditation since early 2008.
Mel has experienced firsthand the benefits of practicing yoga throughout pregnancy and the difference it can make in setting yourself up for a positive birth experience. Being physically and mentally prepared for whatever may come is a gift women can give themselves as they embark on this exciting stage of life. Mel hopes to remove the fear of birth and teach practical skills to use during labour and early parenthood.
With a special interest in Diastasis Recti (Abdominal Separation) garnered from personal experience, Mel hopes to create a peaceful space where Mothers can come to recharge their batteries and help nurture their bodies as they tackle the rollercoaster of motherhood.
