A new season calls for a new menu. Join us in the cafe as we make way for fresh flavours and seasonal ingredients to celebrate the warmer weather.
New to breakfast is the Spiced Cauliflower, Almond and Chia Falafel which features baked spiced cauliflower falafels served with cucumber, mint, coriander, tahini labne, toasted wholewheat pita and a crunchy almond and coconut dukkah. Cauliflower is high in vitamins, especially vitamin C, as well as fibre, so it’s the perfect start to set you up for the day.
If you favour something on the sweet side, the Crunchy Granola Suite delivers with house made crunch granola, seasonal mixed berries and Schultz organic yoghurt. Another favourite is the Herbed Zucchini, Pea and Buffalino Fritters combining fresh zucchini fritters with snow pea tendrils, zoodles, mint labne, turmeric spiced cashew crunch and a poached biodynamic egg. Yum.
For lunch, we’re loving the new The Beatt Chilli Con Carne with spicy organic lamb chilli con carne on top of steamed brown basmati rice and accompanied with white corn totopos, a tasty homemade sour mayo and a lime avo smash.
If you’re on the go, grab a juice or smoothie. Indulge with a Choc Peanut (cacao, peanut butter, banana, dates, organic almond milk, coconut and cacao nibs) or be really good and choose the Mean Green, the name says it all.
