What is Qigong?
Qigong (pronounced chee kung) is the Chinese discipline devoted to the development of understanding, awareness and harmonising of one’s mind, body, qi (chi) and spirit. Qigong plays a strong part in Chan Buddhism (Zen) and Daoist philosophy, as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Martial Arts.
Qigong practice involves rhythmic breathing, coordinated with slow stylised repetitions of fluid movements coupled with a calm mindful state. From a philosophical perspective Qigong is believed to help develop human potential, allowing access to higher realms of awareness through the awakening one’s true nature.
Benefits of Qigong include improved health and vibrancy, increased internal strength and balance. Throughout the world Qigong is now recognised as a form of complementary and alternative medicine, with positive effects on diverse ailments.
Qigong practices can be classified as martial, medical, or spiritual. All styles have three things in common: they all involve i) a posture (whether moving or stationary), ii) breathing techniques and iii) mental focus. Some practices increase qi whilst others circulate it, use it to cleanse and heal the body, store it, or emit qi to help heal others.
People do Qigong to maintain health, heal their bodies, calm their minds, and reconnect with their spirit.

Neale is an exceptional practitioner who has the ability to see the underlying root cause of an issue you may be struggling with (physically, emotionally and mentally). And through his love, compassion and commitment to truth he will bring you to a place of complete awareness that has an almost instant transformational response to your whole being. I was utterly amazed at what Neale could see without me giving too much away verbally- I’ve never met anyone who is able to get straight to the point in such a short space of time and speak so much truth. I highly recommend Neale as a health practitioner – whatever your issue or problem – he will surely help you understand what’s going on for you whilst facilitating your healing process.
