We are delighted to welcome Laura Poole, an experienced Vedic meditation teacher, to The Beatt for our very first wellness event. Laura has trained intensively over the past eight years with great masters in Australia, India and the United States. Based in Melbourne and facilitating events locally, Laura also hosts meditation retreats in India and Bali. Laura’s primary desire is to share the wisdom of meditation, Ayurveda and the ancient Vedic culture, making it relevant for living in today’s world.
Laura is also the Program Developer for 1 Giant Mind, a non-profit dedicated to delivering ‘Learn to Meditate’ programs and resources to combat the negative impact of stress and increase health and wellbeing. Passionate about creating community, Laura wants to inspire people to take care of their mental and physical health, while encouraging them to make a real difference in the world.
For Laura, it’s all about sharing simple ‘how-to’ techniques for creating balance and harmony, while guiding people to live a radical and fierce life.
