When it comes to breakfast, we can’t think of anything better than starting the day with warming porridge done right. Ours is named after Ben’s wonderful grandma, Ida, and inspires childhood memories with a twist.

Cinnamon, maple and sultana baked apples, and delicious crunchy clusters of coconut, flaked almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts and buckwheat come together with Kialla Pure Foods oats, raw honey and organic Schultz yoghurt. Trust us, it’s a winner.

There are lots of reasons to love oats. Oats are a wholegrain food that is rich in beta-glucan fibre which has been shown to aid in lowering cholesterol. Oats are also known to fill you up for longer which helps you get through to lunch without reaching for a mid-morning snack. They’re a wonderful source of essential vitamins, minerals such as magnesium, and iron and zinc, so they’ll help you feel good throughout the colder months.

If savoury’s more your thing, choose one of our all-time favourites, the Organic Ben and Breakfast Salad – delicious, wholesome and full of goodness. Kale, organic quinoa, organic peas, br

occoli, avo, mixed organic nuts, chilli, coriander and mint make for a tasty salad which is topped with two biodynamic poached eggs.

Or, enjoy the fabulous Organic Mexi Eggs, refreshed for the new winter weather. Organic blue corn tortillas topped with spiced organic lamb, lime avo smash, jalapeno, black bean and tomato salsa, two biodynamic fried eggs and a seriously delicious chipotle aioli.



Warm up with the flavoursome Red Curry Chicken Slaw featuring poached Cherry Tree Organics chicken breast in a coconut red curry reduction. It’s accompanied by a fresh shredded slaw with coriander, vietnamese mint, thai basil, sesame seeds, crispy shallots and a sweet chilli lime dressing. The perfect combination of warm, cool, spicy and sweet.

Stay healthy while indulging those winter comfort food urges with a colourful and tasty bowl full of goodness. We love our healthy bowl options because they’re full of texture, colour, nutrition and flavour.

The Beatt Bowl is a plant-based option packed full of wholefoods. A tasty combo of steamed brown rice, organic black beans, baby spinach, lime avo smash, sprouts, carrots, toasted spiced pumpkin seeds, blue corn chips, salsa fresca and sour mayo. It’s the perfect addition to a cold winter’s day and will leave you feeling energised and ready to tackle whatever’s on your list.

The Yogi Salmon Bowl delivers your winter vitamins. Salmon is one of our favourite proteins; a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12 and vitamin D which means it’s perfect to dose up on during winter. Our salmon is prepared ikejime style, baked and served on quinoa and brown basmati rice with organic kimchi, pickled cucumber, steamed broccoli, snow peas and avocado topped with sesame seeds and shredded nori.



Just because it’s cold outside, it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy our range of smoothies and juices. If you’re feeling a little indulgent, we recommend the Choc Peanut made with cacao, Ridiculously Delicious Peanut Butter, banana, dates, organic almond milk, coconut flakes and cacao nibs.

Or, if you’re in the mood for a winter warmer, choose our delicious golden turmeric latte or matcha latte. And, in case you didn’t know, our coffee is made with biodynamic or organic milk.
