Yoga Teacher

Julia’s interest in holistic health and wellbeing first led her to Yoga 30 years ago.  Since then, her affinity and passion for the system inspires her to continue exploring the many styles and paths of yoga, sharing the multitude of benefits with her students.  Teaching Contemporary Classical Hatha Yoga, Julia is guided by her students’ requirements, aiming to create an experience that is nurturing, challenging and uplifting.  Encouraging each participant to tune into what their personal needs are, Julia informatively guides them through integration of mindful movement with subtle energy through breath, while interweaving philosophy and practical ways of bringing the benefits of yoga into everyday life.
