Casey loves to teach vinyasa style yoga classes where movement and breath are connected, creating a dynamic flow. The focus is on breathing into each posture, calming the mind and focusing on each movement. Importance is placed on excellent technique and challenging yourself, then enjoying the release and peace that comes with a well-earned savasana or meditation at the end.
